Qualified PhD and intern candidates are expected to have (1) strong programming experiences in C/C++ and Python under Linux platform, (2) good English writing skills, and (3) students with prior research experience in parallel computing (MPI, OpenMP), acceleration technologies (GPGPU, FPGA), and distributed deep learning frameworks (PyTorch) are preferred. Students with strong CS, Math, EE, or Physics backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply. PhD students will be fully funded by research/teaching assistantships.
